Looking to get some guidance from anyone who currently works with or has been involved with implementation of Cloud time management solutions.
Currently we are starting a migration from on premise SAP HR (many modules) to SF Employee Central and the decommission SAP HR instance. Due to SF's limited time management capabilities we need a replacement for Time Management and are focused on cloud vendors.
A couple that seem to do well in Gartner are Kronos and Workforce.
Does anyone work with these time systems (particularly integrated to SF EC) and can shed any light on what either are like to live with once implemented especially with a global set up covering EU in particular. Whilst customer references are always available from vendors and contain carefully selected customers it is good to hear from unselected customers also.
