Check for cost centre during payroll run

Is it possible that we can apply the check of error in payroll through schema (Function or PCR) to check the cost centre is blocked or deleted from FI side, which was already maintained and saved in employee organization assignment infotype (IT0001)?

How we can check this in execution of Payroll, that it should give error in payroll simulation or in actual payroll run. OR it is only possible with ABAP?
