In PRZNT indirect valuation

Hi experts,

I am having doubt in understanding the differences between variant B & D of PRZNT valuation.

Please help me with any example like-

i want to pay an Employee basic pay 8000

and standard Bonus as 1000

and the holiday allowances is 8% of fixed pay

how do we get this situation resolved through each of variant above?
