Hi friends
help me to know automatic payscale increase of whole employee of an organization after appraisal 10 % increase of each salary component .
we have not implemented appraisal module, its manual work, but after appraisal every employee gets salary increase in the month of April .every year.
and my client wants to keep employee salary history.
