Qualifications Tab against Position in PPOME

Hi all

Can anyone please shed any light as to how you activate the Qualifications table in the Qualifications Tab in PPOME against Position. 

We need to be able to specify certain qualification requirements against position and this would be set up at the time of creating the position.

Is this in the IMG (I cannot see it anywhere) or maybe a parameter.

Any help greatly appreciated.
