Shift creation in case of time management

Dear All,

I have created a shift which runs from 10am to 10 pm with 4 hours break from 2pm to 6pm.Everything is working fine when I'm creating this.As per my configuration if the employee is coming mor than 1hr late then one loss of pay will be created but in this case if the employee is coming late for more than 3 hrs then 1 LOP is creating.

Please suggest what to do.
