We are using SAP Learning Solution for delivering our Online Courses and Tests. We use SCORM 1.2 and all our courses are published to SAP via the Authoring tool.
We have a number of users with the course completion figures not being updated correctly and they are having to retake the course again to achieve the desired scores to pass the course. We have done several investigations and are not able to figure out the problem as this only happens to some of the users. Sometimes, if the users ( that had problems ) try to do the course on a different day/time, it seems to store the information correctly into the results tables. It is proving to be very difficult to figure out what's causing the issue.
Has anyone experienced this kind of issue with the Learning solution? Would appreciate your valuable inputs on this. Thanks a lot.
