Hello all
We do not use time evaluation and generate the absence quota using report RPTQTA00. I have two issues where i need inputs.
A) If by mistake we run the report RPTQTA00 again for the same employee a fresh quota is created in addition to the existing quota. Screenshot attached. How do we avoid the above scenario?
B) If i select '' up to today'' or ''from today'' as an option the quota gets generated with different dates i.e.
Start date = date entered in IT41 and
End date = 12 months from start date
Deduction from date = start date as above
Deduction to date = end date as above
Why does it not generate like when you do it using option ''current year'' ?
All relevant config is set as Calendar year for this absence quota type.
