HCM P&F - Initial Save Draft has no Check and Send Option?

Hi Gurus,

Created a Process and able do Save Draft the Process atInitiator Level. But When Initiator opens the Saved process, It has "With Draw" and Expand Form.

But User wants use the same process for CHECK and SEND Option. Is this possible or do I have to configure Task in SWFVISU (workflow visualization table).
