Payroll is executing weekly but deduction happen on monthly

Hello,

Employee salary is process on weekly basis, but his deduction is happens on monthly basis based on slab. For example, if the slab is

10,000 – 15,000 = 200

15001 - 20,000 = 250

And employee gets salary as under:

(Jan month)

1^st week = 5000

2^nd week = 3000

3^rd week = 6000

4^th week = 3000

Means, total salary paid in the month is 17,000 and at the time of processing of last week of salary (month end), his 250 will be deducted.

Please advice.
