HCM P&F : Forwarded UWL not found at receiving agent UWL

Hi Gurus,

We have initiated a HCM P&F process request. It went first level approver. First Level Approver have options Forward and Resubmit in the UWL link.

Approver Forwarded to a different agent. I could see the agent in SWIA Agents. But UWL is not received by Agent showed in SWIA.

UWL is missing at receiving Agent. Any Ideas?
