SAP LSO Authoring Environment : Function Test

Hi Experts,

I am trying to set up a content server for LSO. I am using Microsoft 2008 R2 as my CMS with IIS7.5.

When I run my function test. I encounter below 2 errors.

1) Property test failed

2) "allowOverw=false : Test aborted due to error: Cannot lock resource for atomic existance check"

Am i missing something in config. on SAP side or some settings on IIS7.5.

I have also attached a file for the case where property test is failed.
