I was wondering if anyone has run into the issue of managers not being able to display direct report compensation profiles once the compensation review has ended. We have documentation that indicates that the employee Compensation Profile is available throughout the year by using the Compensation Information page, but it seems that as soon as the end date on the Compensation Review has passed, the Compensation profile is no longer available.
This makes no sense as the final changes may be done by the compensation group and then the changes are activated at a later point in time. The manager no longer has access to view the approved changes and can no longer display the compensation statements.
If anyone has been able to get this to work past the review periods, please let me know.
