STAT2 = 0

Hi,

As we know termination action changes employee's status from 3 (active) to 0 (passive). It changes stat to 0 on terminating date. For example if I discharged employee on 25.12.2013 it means that employee's status is 0 for 25.12.2013. I want to customize that on termination date status should be 3. After  termination date (26.12.2013) should be 0. Please help me.
