This client works on Negative Time Management without Time Evaluation.
They want that if an employee is taking ;eave from friday to monday (wherein,friday and monday leave applied in parts in portal) then leave for Friday,Saturday,Sunday and Monday should be deducted.
The concern in their term is-
It has been noted that in case of EL/HPL employee can apply for leave in part(via portal). Example if an employee applies for EL for 18.11.2011 & 21.11.2011 separately the weekly offs of 19.11.2011 & 20.11.2011 is not counted as EL but shown as weekly off and only two days EL has been deducted from his EL quota. This is not correct.
Kindly suggest how the same can be solved.
