Query on Negative Time Management

Hello,

This client follows Negative Time Management without Time Evaluation. They give EL on half yearly basis,twice an year. The problem they are facing is-

It has been noted that EL balance in the case of employees having more than 300 leaves in their account is not showing correct. Cumulative deduction is reflecting

How can this problem be solved?
