PCR with IT0041-Date specification

We need to write PCR. For that we have to consider IT0041-Date type 05

When we run PT60, system has to consider Date type 05 to calculate employees experience.

For Example:

Employee joins 01.01.2013

Date type 05 : 01.01.2000

Then for our scenario employee's experience is from 01.01.2013 (13 years) to credit a particular leave quota.

Please advise us how to write a PCR (by comparing current date with IT0041-date type05)
