I was looking for some help. I am trying to create a termination report in SAP so that the company can report on their staff turnover figures and contractor turnover figures. However, the employee group changes to terminated, so when you run a report you can no longer tell who was an employee or who was a contractor. I have tried the set operations without success and I am really looking for some advice and guidance in relation to this. We have been doing a work around in through v-lookup in excel but this is time consuming as it does not pick up the last change to the employee group i.e. if they changed from a contractor to an employee, so it can report on the wrong information also.
I am just wondering what other companies/individuals do? If you have the same problem etc.
