Dear friends:
Has anyone out there designed a hiring or termination action in P&F? I wonder what is the best design for the benefits integration; when we run hiring the benefit transaction comes up and so does when we terminate an employee, this transaction (HRBEN***) has a specific set of rules that determines the begin and end dates. In P&F I could not find a way to integrate these two things, I could delimit the infotypes directly but I would be losing all the validation and configuration existing in the HRBEN*** transactions.
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated!
