Launchpad Application Type: URL

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a URL link to my launchpad.  Instead of the http:// protocol, I'm trying to get to a network directory, so I'm using file:// instead.

This is how my URL looks:  file://directory/sub_directory/file.pdf

Now, following what is said inside the help.sap.com about the URL parameter, this should work, but, it's not.

Is there something else that I should be adding to make this work through the launchpad?
