Please help me on the below issue.
I have hired an employee on 1st of July 2013. He is belongs to the Union staff and for union staff employees system generates Provident Fund for which I have written the PCR. On 6th of August I have promoted this employee as manager and for management staff system should generate Pension for this one also I have written the PCR.
Now problem is that on August he is promoted as a Manager but system is still calculating Provident Fund which is wrong. This particular employee group and subgroup are changed. Please let me know whether there will be any controls to solve this issue.
I have used Operation "OUTWPPERSG" to query the employee group.
Looking forward for some quick responses.
