Populating VB element in an appraisal document for a particular appraisal template

I have an appraisal template. Which consists of only one criteria (VB) defined through appraisal template conmfiguration.

Now my requirement is. We need to populate dynamic VB criteria when the document is opened up. Is it possible?

We have also requirement of populating VC elements dynamically which we have already accomadated using a BADI implemenmtation HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX.

So we are stuck at the point of dynamically populating VB elements for each document of type appraisal template defined.

I have gone through the BADI HRHAP00_CRITERIA_GROUP . But this will enhance the appraisal template and help dynamically populating the VB dynamically.

But our requirement is that each of document may have different VB,VC elements thus there should some BADI or other way which works at the document level not at the appraisal template level.
