Question related to payroll

From total 1000 employees, for 950 employees already payroll is run and the result has sent to FICO people, but again we need to run payroll for rest 50 people.

Here do we need to run payroll in offcycle or we need to give the ranges in Personnel number field in PC00_M10_CALC?
