Entries in the number range buffer were deleted (count: 1 )

Hello,

I'm executing in SM35 a Bathimput for charge of staff in PRODUCTION, but at execute the BatchImput shown this message:

"No valid interval found (internal number assignment)"

In the transaction SM21 shows the following:

This error doesn't presents in the QUALITY server

I change the parametrer nobuf/max_no_buffer_entries according  the link "http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/aa/dbc9b4b56143bb8f2ae909d7d040fa/content.htm" in which it talks about this topic, but the error continuous.

I restart the instance of Production and the error continues

Please help me!
