I have entered sick leave from 20 Feb 2013 to 20 April 2013 in IT2001 sick leave 0600 (standard)
if I run payroll of Feb, March , April, one by one, for this employee calculation is ok, as per saudi labor law.
for Feb system is paying 28 days 100% Salary, in march system is paying 2 days 100 % salary and 29 days 75 % salary, which is ok (as first 30 days of sick leave is 100% paid, and after 30 days its should paid 75%)
Problem comes when Feb payroll runs retroactively, system thinks that this employee has already more than 30 days sick leave, and it starts paying only 75% salary for Feb, which is wrong, as first 30 days is full paid.
What I feel SAP standard have not taken into consideration the retro run for sick leave.
Can you please guide me, is it bug or what can be the reason?
