Nakisa Embedded Org Chart not rendering in Internet Explorer

Hi Experts,

             We have recently upgraded our HCM system to EHP6. We already had deployed Nakisa org chart visualization(HIER_VIS_UI_WRAPPER application) in our portal by means of the guided activity component FPM_GAF_COMPONENT.

The application set up is as explained in the following link: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-34771

Now after the upgrade of the system, the org chart is not rendering in the Internet Explorer browser where as it is rendering fine in other browsers like Firefox and Chrome. The browser & flash versions are as specified below:

Internet explorer Version: 10, Shock wave Flash plugin version: 11.7.700.224

Firefox Version: 22 Shock wave Flash plugin version: 11.7.700.224

Can anyone please help as to what could be the problem here?
