Our client is planning to implement Access Card, Domain Login and Excel file to record actual clock events of employees in IT 2011, however any deviations in terms of minutes and hours in a day shouldn’t be impacted in payroll and Employee must be marked full day attendance irrespective of at what time employee swipes access card and how many times employee swipes access card.
If an employee do not record neither clock-in nor clock-out on any day, then this absence has to be impacted in payroll either by deducting one day salary (or) deducting one day leave from employee’s leave quota.
Business Process: Overtime
If an employee belonging to Non-Management (Employee Group) cadre would work overtime, his/her Overtime Rate is double the employee’s one day one hour basic salary.
Suppose if an employee’s basic is Rs.4000 per day for 8 hours of his DWS, then basic would be is Rs.500 for one hour. If an employee works for overtime for 1 hour, he will get Rs.1000 as OT payment.
Employees fill overtime hours in excel sheet and hand it over to time admin to maintain in SAP.I have proposed client to record overtime hours in IT 2010
Business Process: Compensatory Off
Business Process 1
Employee who work on 5 days a week/5.5 days a week/6days a week, If he/she work on Sunday can avail one day comp off within 3 days, if employee do not use within 3 days, it will be encashed at the end of the year.
Business Process 2
Employee who work in shifts, If he/she works on National Holiday like Jan 26th, August 15th,May 1st and 2nd October, employee can avail one day comp off within 90 days, and if an employee do not use within 90 days, it will be encashed at the end of the year.
I also need to handle leave encasements and PL accrual quotas.
I would like to use TM04 with TMS-1.
I would like to know your suggestions in this regard
With regards
