usually some cases we we need to change the time management status for employees in instantly like for example my customer using -negetive time, we have quota carried forward option to the next year and at that time , time status is 7 for evaluating through RPTIME00, as usual we are generating quotas for the employees through RPTQTA00 report at start of every year at that ime status is "0". my question is start of every year we required time status to be "0" for generating advance quota through RPTQTA00, and at the end of year that employee time status should be 7 because for the quota carried forward that should be done through time evaluation process. so how to change the time status for the employees, if it is few employees we can do it manually if it is bulk employees how to change, is there any specific reports.
