error in payroll run

Hi

while executing live payroll run I am getting this error "Infotype 0210: w-4 for federal tax authority is missing. Period 201301, check date 12.012013, Please check infotype 0210"

Hiring date of employee is 01.01.2013, and the payroll area is semi-monthly.

Please can any 1 help me to resolve this issue. thanks in advance.
