OT is not convert to bank time in lieu

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement in which I have to calculate Time in lieu as follows:

· Normal working days, hours spent between 05:30 to 8:30 pm will be compensated equal to 150% of base salary per hour.

· Normal working day after 8:30pm to 6am will be compensated equal to 200% of base salary per hours.

· On weekends and holidays, hours spent on normal hours will be compensated equal to 250% of base salary per hour.

· On weekends and holidays, hours spent after 8:30pm to 6am will be compensated equal to 300% of base salary per hour

for which I have customized a PCR (PCR attached) hours.using  A) Function POVT and  B) ACTIO.

but could not be able to generate required no. of HRS .Then I tried to calculate using Table T510S but no Luck.

Currently I have generated 200% and 300%which fulfills  step 2 and 3 as required but I am not getting the required No. of hours as 150% and 250%.
