Effort required to go from CATS classic to CATS regular?

Hello experts,

I'm looking for some documentation or any information as a matter of fact, that can give me an idea of what effort and resources it would take to go from a CATS classic time entry process to a CATS regular (Web Dynpro) time entry process.  We are looking to decentralize time entry for administrative personnel from time administrators to individuals entering their own time in ESS, exceptions only since they are negative time entry. Can we implent the CATS regular for adminstrative associates and keep CATS classic for production associates? or is it an all or nothing implementation?

I can only assume, with all the configuration in place for CATS classic and ESS already available, it's all about turning on the CATS regular features in ESS, but I cannot find any sources to confirm.  We would also like to use the ESS in MSS functionality as well.  Is CATS regular and ESS in MSS an either/or scenario or can both be utilized? Any documentation or steps to migrate to CATS regular would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Garrett Meredith
