NWBC HCM Role on EHP3

Dear All,

Upon making search for NWBC role on EHP3, I got Below link

For EHP3 they only have below role, However I could not see any Role for HCM. Find the screenshot below:-

Let me know, where I would get NWBC role for HCM on EHP3.
