HCM Process & Forms(FPM):Back end Service field values are not showing in FPM form

Hi All,

I am using back end service 'SAP_PA' and done the binding for some of the fields for IT0009 but when executing the process for a pernr the fields are not populated with the corresponding values from PA0009 though the pernr has the data maintained in IT00009 and also the record is valid on the effective date used.

Please let me know where is the issue.
