How do you add a "WC State, Code, Attribute" tab to PPOSE?

Hi Experts,

We want to start assigning WC state codes to positions in SAP.  I noticed that we do this using PO13, but I could not find a tab for it for position in PPOSE.  Is there a standard "Tab Page" that I should use when setting up a Scenario?  The tab page descriptions are a bit vague.
