We have been creating alot of temporary position due to to reorgs and context of the environment at work. There is a big debate on having 2 employees in same positions and the impact it would cause instead of having to create a new position every time.
What are the advantage/disavantage on having 2 employees in same position?
I heard something about reports having discrepancy, and the headcount would not be accurante but I need more info on this to grasp the full impact.
