How to select first clock in and last clock out from time pairs?

Hi SAP Gurus,

We are implementing positive time management and the time recording terminals will record only clock ins and clock outs. There can be multiple clock ins (p10) and clock outs (p20) in a day and all the clock ins and clock outs will flow into IT2011.

When the time evaluation runs, the system should consider the first clock in and last clock out only for time evaluation.

Below is an example scenario:

Clock in      p10          09:00

Clock out    p20          11:00

Clock in      p10          11:10

Clock out    p20          15:00

Clock in      p10          15:!5

Clock out    p20          20:00

Requirement is that the first clock in p10 09:00 and last clock out p20 20:00 should form a time pair for time evaluation.

Anyone who can advise on this will be greatly appreciated.
