I was looking for information on "Cafeteria Model". This is for a client in Germany. The scenario is like
- Benefits plan that allows employees to choose among a variety of options to create a benefits plan that best meets their needs and those of their family. In a cafeteria plan, an employee receives a certain amount of money from the employer (ex: in lieu of the vacation days that the employee is entitled to) to "purchase" particular components of a benefits plan ex: distibute 25% of the quota compensation amount towards health plan, another 25% towards the saving plan and like that.
Any inputs on this would very helpful.
