Extra Working Hours for 12 Hours Shift-Time management

Hi Experts,

I have an  requirement,We using Positive time Management .we arWe have a workschedule Friday Saturday and Sunday.

Employee works 12 Hours a Day. when he completes 12 Hours a day 1.32 hours should be added to the Time Wage type.

and this 1.32 hours should be paid with the wage type in Payroll.

Can  some body let us know how i can go ahead with this scenario.
