Dear All,
The client have requirement of 25 days Earned Leave and 10 days sick leave. ( Negative time management, no payroll integration).
Earned leave condition max of 65 days should get carry forward.
Sick leave condition max of 15 days should get carry forward.
1) In the case of earned leave 25 days will be carry forwarded to next year
for eg: 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010 - 25 days (current year)
01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011 - 50 days (25 from previous year + 25 of current year)
01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 - 75 days (50 from previous year + 25 of current year)
65 days should get carryforwarded to next year.
01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 - 90 ( 65 days from previous year + 25 days of current year).
again 65 days should get carrforwarded to upcoming year.
2) In the case of sick leave
01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010 - 10 days
01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011 - 20 days (10 days of previous year + 10 days of current year)
15 days will get carry forwarded to next year.
01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 - 25 days (15 from previous year + 10 days of current year)
can you please help the relevant tables to configure to enable the above scenario and also which schema and what PCR i have to write for the above mentioned scenario? your help would be highly appreciated.
