Payroll Status

Hi Friends,

Can anyone help me in below  issue.

*The employees who are separated from the organization need to be locked in the payroll status by default.*

(I know doing manually by going to infotype 0003 and check the payroll status , but  is it possible through configuration or any feature so that payroll status will check by default)
