Training and Event Management Change the event to Follow Up

Hi,

Anyone can help with one doubt about Change Event on one event on Event Management. WHen it is possible to change one event to Follow Up, i now that it is only possible when the event it is:

• • The business event must be in firmly booked status.
  • The business event may not be canceled.
  • The business event may not have a historical record flag (see below).

   

  I have the the follow situation the event occur between 01/07/2013 and 12/07/2013 it is possible that i can change to Follow Up before the benning, or in the middle ?
